Segundo encargo en Fiverr

Hoy un chico de Filipinas me ha contactado por Fiverr y me ha encargado una ilustración, al principio me ha costado encajar las especificaciones plasmadas en un texto algo extenso y en ingles; él es escritor y me ha descrito muy bien lo que deseaba, no ha habido problemas en entenderlo después de releerlo y usar un poco el "google translate" 

El proceso fue pasar por photoshop para montar referencias que él me había enviado y fotos que yo tomé como referencia de la pose, a continuación comencé con un primer boceto y por ultimo linea y color con acuarela.

Estas son las especificaciones que él pedia:

Good day. I am planning to use this illustration as my profile picture for my blog and other social media websites (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Here our my instructions:
1. I want the same concept as your previous product of a man drawing on a table. Instead, because I am a writer, I want it to be me writing on a notebook, still on top of a table, with the same body position as what you have drawn before.
2. I want my facial expression to be "smirking" (see pic attached), while biting/holding in my mouth an unlit cigarette. 
3. Instead of a paintbrush, I want the right hand to be holding a pen, and the left hand holding a plain gold zippo lighter. Make it appear that I am about to light the cigarette on my mouth.
4. I have attached some of my personal photos below for your reference of my hair and my facial features. I am particular with these details but you need not to be 100% accurate. Make me a little more handsome (LOL). I am also wearing eyeglasses, (also see picture below)
5. Lastly, if this gig allows, may you at least add a semi-filled ashtray beside my notebook and some "Camel Lights" cigarette pack? 
Final Remarks: I want you to be creative in terms of expressing this illustration. I am an author/writer who smokes a lot and I am not really clean in terms of my workspace. I trust in your creativity because I won't get this gig unless I am impressed with the works you have done before as posted in your fiverr ad photo. Thus, I am leaving the color selection for you to choose but I would like it to be a little "mint" and "blue" thematics. Please impress me with the colors!
